About Homestead Tree Service
We specialize in residential work but if a tree is involved, we can handle it. We are licensed through federal, state, county and city and we are insured to the gills (although we have never had a claim). We offer bucket truck service and have climbing services for those hard to reach places.
If we say we are going to do something...we do it. If for some unseen circumstance, we can't...we call you. Our customer service is second to no one and our professionalism is off the charts.
We go absolutely above and beyond for our customers and have even received tips for it. Crazy right?

Homestead Tree Service is a family owned company with over 20 year's experience in the tree industry. Matt Boddy has been involved in several businesses, before finally settling on the tree business. His brother is in the tree business also, just a couple counties over. Jon Gustafson is Matt's brother in law and has worked with several different big name tree companies in central Kentucky. Both have spent time a lot of time cutting and splitting wood since they were kids feeding the wood stove for heat in the winter. Being a car enthusiast and racer has helped keep their overhead low. They have restored older equipment and made it dependable again. Running "lean" helps keep their prices down for their customers.
